Oatmeal Energy Balls
Need a little pick-me-up that is delicious and healthy? Look no further than the Oatmeal Energy Ball. All you need is oatmeal, honey, chocolate chips, chia seeds, peanut butter, flax seeds, and vanilla. Mix them all together and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Take them out and roll them into balls. You can also spread the mixture on a flat sheet and cut them into bars. Either way, it's a wonderful treat you can take on the go! Which for me, makes them the perfect mom snack. Just make sure you have a paper towel handy because they can be crumbly! Enjoy.
